What is Covid Insomnia?

It was proved in this research that these asanas relieve stress and anxiety. In the department of psychiatry, 160 patients who were ill due to genetic and other reasons were selected for research. They were divided into two groups of 80-80.
In this, one group was given only medicines, while the other group was given yoga-meditation along with medicines. To know the results, blood samples of patients of both the groups were taken before and after the completion of the research. The blood sample report was shocking. Patients who took only medicines showed a benefit of 29 percent, while patients who did yoga-meditation for 12 weeks with medicines got up to 60 percent benefit.
Beware, aged 20 to 40
It is not that Covid Insomnia should happen to those people who have corona, but it is being found more in people who worry. Even now, 3 to 4 patients come to us every day, who are unable to sleep through the night. This problem is being seen more in the age group of 20 to 40. Many people also come, who have got so much fear of covid that they go to get the corona test done only when they have mild soreness. We also take the help of their families to cure such people.
